once the contract is signed, you can transfer the down payment and the next payments according to the agreement

we will ask for the documents needed for the trust, send them to the notary and they will give us an estimated closing date (2 months max)

closing
you arrive to Zihuatanejo, on the closing date, you transfer the last payment and we hand you the keys, you get a simple copy of the trust
